On Saturday April 2, 2011, Blooming Design & Events hosted the golden boy of pastry, Chef Will Goldfarb’s pop-up concept R4D (Room for Dessert). This magical evening full of sweet and savory molecular gastronomy took place at our venue, Miami Art Space, and offered 100 guests the opportunity to indulge in a sweet 6-course tasting menu paired with wines and “dinner” reception from local chefs.
